1. Introduction
   This Referral Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between XNET WiFi (“Company”) and the Referral Partner (“Partner”). By signing up for the Referral Program, the Partner agrees to the terms outlined below.
   
   

2. Commission Structure

   • Partners will earn a 12% commission on data plans when their referrals subscribe to XNET WiFi services. This commission is recurring as long as the referral maintains their subscription.
   • Partners will earn an 8% subcommission on referrals made by their subagents (i.e., child partners under their account).
     
     

3. Retroactive Subagents/Referrals
   If a customer signs up who should have been attached to a Referral Partner (but didn’t use the referral partner’s affiliate link), the referral partner has 14 days to contact us and request that the customer be attached to them. If they fail to do so, they will lose out on that referral.
   
   

4. Payouts

   • Commissions will be paid out via Account Funds, which can be applied towards the Partner’s XNET WiFi internet service.
   • Partners may request a payout via bank transfer. Minimum payout thresholds and processing times will apply.
   • Payouts will be processed (via Account Funds) on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s period (1st – 30th).
     
     

5. Marketing and Promotion

   • Partners are free to create their own marketing materials, as long as they are not offensive or misleading. Any marketing and promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
   • XNET WiFi can provide marketing assets upon request.
   • Partners agree to use appropriate marketing materials provided by the Company or approved by the Company.
   • Partners must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices, including slander or defamation of the Company.
     
     

6. Termination
   The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unethical behavior, slander on social media, or failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
   Upon termination, the Partner will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
   
   

7. Confidentiality
   Partners must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information they obtain through their participation in the Referral Program.
   
   

8. Governing Law
   This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
   
   

9. Modification
   The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes via email.
   
   

By participating in the XNET WiFi Referral Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
