Referral Program Agreement
Introduction
This Referral Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between XNET WIFI (“Company”) and the participating customer (“Referring Customer”).
By participating in the XNET WIFI Referral Program, the Referring Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
Only existing XNET WIFI customers in good standing are eligible to receive referral rewards under this program.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Referral Reward Structure
Referring Customers may earn a $10 recurring monthly service credit for each new customer they successfully refer to XNET WIFI.
A referral is considered valid when:
The referred customer is new to XNET WIFI
The referred customer enters the Referring Customer’s name or email in the “Referred by” field at checkout
The referred customer successfully activates service and remains active
Referral credits apply only while the referred customer remains active.
If a referred customer cancels service, the recurring credit associated with that referral will stop.
Monthly Credit Limits
Referral credits are subject to the following limits:
A maximum of 10 active referrals per Referring Customer
A maximum monthly referral credit of $100
Total monthly referral credits may not exceed the cost of the Referring Customer’s active data plan
The total monthly referral credit applied will be the lesser of:
$100, or
The monthly cost of the Referring Customer’s data plan
Unused referral credits do not carry over to future billing periods.
Reward Delivery
By default, referral rewards are applied as a monthly service credit to the Referring Customer’s XNET WIFI account.
At the Company’s discretion, Referring Customers may request a direct payout instead of account credit. Minimum payout thresholds, verification requirements, and processing times may apply.
Attribution & Disputes
Referrals are tracked based on information entered in the “Referred by” field at checkout.
It is the responsibility of the Referring Customer to ensure that the referred customer enters accurate information.
XNET WIFI is not responsible for referrals that are not properly attributed due to missing or incorrect information entered at checkout.
Referral attribution decisions made by XNET WIFI are final.
Marketing & Promotion
Referring Customers may share their experience with XNET WIFI through personal recommendations.
Participants must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices, including false claims, impersonation, or misrepresentation of XNET WIFI services.
XNET WIFI reserves the right to restrict or disqualify referrals resulting from improper conduct.
Termination
XNET WIFI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
The Company may terminate a Referring Customer’s participation for any reason, including abuse of the program or violation of these terms.
Upon termination, any unused or future referral credits will be forfeited.
Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through participation in the Referral Program.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Modification
XNET WIFI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Acceptance
By participating in the XNET WIFI Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
