    XNET WiFi aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.

  2. Return Eligibility
    Return Period: You may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
    Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
    Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or packaging.
    • Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.
  4. Return Process
    Initiate Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team for a return authorization and instructions.
    Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
    Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  5. Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact customer service. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

  6. Defective or Damaged Products
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  7. Cancellation and Restocking Fee
    If you cancel your service within the initial 14 days, you will have 72 business hours upon confirmation to return your device. Failure to return the device within this timeframe will result in a $100 restocking fee.

  8. Data Plan Usage Proration
    The data plan may be prorated, per usage details, up to and including the full monthly cost of the data plan selected if the device is used for more than 20GB during the trial period.
